Massenet Concert: Cello Fantasie, Oratorio - May 4, 7:30pm
"Sacred Music is a treasure of inestimable value...[it] is to be fostered and preserved
with very great care."
— Vatican II
The musical legacy of the Church is a priceless spiritual, artistic, and cultural heritage. We are attempting to follow the wishes of the Church by presenting beautiful Sacred Music in the context of the Sacred Liturgy for which it was composed.
We are thankful for the dedicated members of our parish who serve in our choirs at Epiphany, bringing beautiful music to our church. The adult choir sings at the 11am Sunday Mass, the children’s choir sings at several 9:30am Masses, and the Spanish choir sings at the 12:30pm Mass. All the ensembles also combine and sing for special Masses and concerts throughout the year.
Here are some sample clips of the music that can be heard in our church.
Note: Hover your mouse over the play button to automatically play the music. Keep the mouse over the button or else the music will stop.
Symphony 6 - C.M. Widor (Organ)
